Processing time is from 1 to 3 business days! Shipping time varies depending on individual items and receiving country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Phoenix Breeches is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Exchanges & Returns
We gladly accept returns, just contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 21 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We do not accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact us if you have any issues!
